Capturing Comments, Attachments, and URLs

R2 gives you a dialog box to capture Comments, Attachments, URLs (Web Links) related to every Order.

This dialog box can be opened from the following access points.

• Accounts Main Window > Comments Tab

• Order Window > Items > Information Tab > Comments > 🔍 Icon

• Order Window > Items > Information Tab > Labor Comments > 🔍 Icon

• Order Window > Labor > Information Tab > Comments > 🔍 Icon

• Order Window > Labor > Information Tab > Labor Comments > 🔍 Icon

• Service Order Window > Information Tab > Comments > 🔍 Icon

The above dialog box can be accessed from many other access point. The list mentioned above is only a suggestive one.

The dialog box has been smartly design to Capture, Edit, and Delete - Comments, Attachments, URLs (Web Links).

The Refresh button gets enabled/disabled according to the tab that is active.

The Add, Edit, and Delete buttons functions exactly same and as expected for all the 3 tabs.

Adding/ Editing a Weblink

If the Name entered is not unique, then system displays the following validation message.

Also, you cannot leave the name field 'Blank'. In this case also, system displays a validation message.
