Ship Items From Order

R2 has the ability to transfer all of the items from one shipped order directly to another order without having to return the items from the first order. For example, you have several items out on Job-A. When Job-A is over, the items on the order will be going directly to Job-B without going to the warehouse first.

1. Using the scenario above, open the Prep task for Job-B in the Warehouse module.

2. Click on the Ship Items from Order icon.

3. The following screen will appear:

4. Search for the order you wish to transfer the items from. In the example above, this would be Job-A.

5. Double-click on the order.

   1. All items that are currently out on Job-A will be imported into Job-B. If you do not want all items to move from Job-A to Job-B, then you will first return the items to Job-A that will not be transferring. If the item has a status of Out, it will be moved to the receiving order.

   2. If Job-B already has items on the order, then this process will simply fill those items. If Job-B has nothing on the order, then everything from Job-A will appear as “Items added during filling.”
