R2 Conflicts
In R2, when items sent on orders are not returned by due date and are returned earlier than the due date it causes differences. These differences are termed as conflicts. If items are not returned on the orders it might in turn cause availability problems on other orders. Similarly if items are returned earlier than the due date, the same item might have been sub rented on other orders thus causing unnecessary sub rent. These differences will be reflected on generating conflicts.
If items are reserved on the transfer order but items are not available to ship conflicts will be generated.
While generating conflicts, future dates are considered with respect to current system date. For example, if items are in conflict in previous date, on generating conflicts it will be ignored and will not be displayed considering that the conflicts are resolved.
User is advised to schedule the conflicts in the server and to run it daily. For scheduling, Contact R2 Support.
