Service Tickets

The Service Module is designed to create Service Tickets for assets that are:


  1. Has met a pre-defined scheduled maintenance interval (Preventive such as Operational Verification Procedure –currently defined as Electrical Testing within MSP)

  2. External equipment not owned by MSP (Corrective from a Work-Order)

  3. Returned as Damaged (Corrective from an existing Order)
