Update Lines
As the name itself says, you can update the booking line details here. The details can be updated only for multiple booking lines. You just need to select the booking lines and open them in Update lines feature. After updating, you can see the changes applied to selected booking lines.
Access points
Planning Order > Booking line > Right click> Update lines
Planning Order > Booking line > Booking line header > Update lines
Whiteboard > Booking line row > Right click> Update lines

There are two sections in update lines window.
Booking line info: To update booking line details like resource, status, task, and more..
Comments: To update the comments on Labor, Order, travel etc.,.
Booking line Info
You can update the following details on the booking line.
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Status | Modify the status of the booking line. This field is mandatory to save the modifications done. |
Resource | Change the resource assigned on the booking line. |
Position | Change the existing labor position from one to another. |
Task | Update the task on the booking line. |
Lock Rate | Lock the rate of the labor. After locking,you cannot update the rate field. |
Rate | Update the rate of the labor on the booking line. |
Lock Resource | Lock the resource on the booking line. |
Union/Broker/Pay Agent | Select the company name. |
Hotel | Update the amount of the hotel expenses. |
Taxi | Update the amount of the taxi expenses. |
Vehicle | Update the amount of the vehicle expenses. |
Flight | Update the flight expenses. |
Pay Policy | To update the pay policy on the booking line. |
Unit | Update the unit on the booking line. This field is mandatory to save the modifications done. |
Per Diem | Update the per diem details. |
Comments
You can view and update the comments of Labor, Order, Travel info, Report, Dress code,and special instructions.
To update a comment,
Expand the comments section.
Select the comment category from the dropdown.
Then provide the comments in the textbox and click save.
