Service Work Order from the Asset Usage View window
The below procedure enables you to view the Service Work Order from the Asset Usage View window.

From the Search Inventory window, search and tag the Product ID [JACK PLANER] and click the Asset Usage View icon, as shown in Figure 4.0.

The Asset Usage View window is displayed with the Asset Usage View for the Product ID [JACK PLANER] comprising of the Assets [JACK PLANER#01], [JACK PLANER#02], [JACK PLANER#03], [JACK PLANER#04], and [JACK PLANER#05].

Select the Day Views drop-down as 1 Month, All Sites, Sort By drop-down as Site and None, Group By drop-down as Nothing, and click the Refresh icon.

The Asset Usage View window displays left panel with the Assets [JACK PLANER#01], [JACK PLANER#02], [JACK PLANER#03], [JACK PLANER#04], and [JACK PLANER#05] comprising of the Service Work Orders.

The Asset Usage View window displays right panel with the time bars for the Service Work Order [SWO-02], [SWO-03], and [SWO-04], as shown in Figure 4.1.

Click on the Service Work Order [SWO-04] time bar, the Tool Tip is displayed with the details such as, Service ID, Site, Date Completed, and Note, as shown in Figure 4.2.

Perform a double-click on the Service Work Order [SWO-04] time bar. The Service Work Order [SWO-04] window is displayed, as shown in Figure 4.3.

Exit the Service Work Order [SWO-04] window.

From the Asset Usage View for the Product ID [JACK PLANER], perform a double-click on the Service Work Order [SWO-02-, SWO-03-] time bar. The Work Order Search window with the Service Work Orders created is displayed, as shown in Figure 4.4.

Double-click on the Service Work Order ID line to open the respective Service Work Order.
