The below procedure enables you to view the Service Work Order from the Equipment Usage View window.

From the R2 Launchpad, select the Search Inventory module. The Search Inventory window is displayed

Search and tag the Product ID [JACK PLANER] and click the Equipment Usage View icon, as shown in Figure 3.0.

The Equipment Usage View window is displayed with the Equipment Usage View for the Product ID [JACK PLANER].

Select the Day Views drop-down as 1 Month, All Sites, Sort By drop-down as Site and None, Group By drop-down as Nothing, and click the Refresh icon.

The Equipment Usage View window displays the below details, as shown in Figure 1.3:

Order ID [ORD-02] comprising of the Asset [JACK PLANER#01] in Repair Status for which a Service Work Orders [SWO-02] and [SWO-03] are created.

Service Work Order [SWO-04] with the Order Type [SCHEDULED] comprising of the Asset [JACK PLANER#03] in Sold Status.

Service Work Order [SWO-03] with the Order Type [ESTIMATE] comprising of the Asset [JACK PLANER#03] in Quote Status.

Service Work Order [SWO-02] with the Order Type [SCHEDULED] comprising of the Asset [JACK PLANER#03] in Sold Status.

Service Work Order [SWO-02], [SWO-03] comprising of the Asset [JACK PLANER#01] in Repair Status.

Service Work Order [SWO-04] comprising of the Asset [JACK PLANER#01] in Repair Status.

Click on the Asset [JACK PLANER#02] time bar, the Tool Tip is displayed with the details such as, Service ID, Site, Date Completed, and Note, as shown in Figure 3.2.
Perform a double-click on the Asset [JACK PLANER#02] time bar. The Service Work Order [SWO-04] window in Scheduled Status that is created for Asset [JACK PLANER#02] in Repair and Asset [JACK PLANER#03] in Sold as, as shown in Figure 3.3.

Exit the Service Work Order [SWO-03] window.

From the Equipment Usage View for the Product ID [JACK PLANER#01], perform a double-click on the Asset [JACK PLANER#01] time bar. The Work Order Search window with the Service Work Orders created for the Asset [JACK PLANER#01] is displayed, as shown in Figure 3.4.

Double-click on the Service Work Order ID line to open the respective Service Work Order.
