R2
  1. Automatic Warehouse Schedule Completion and Reopening (R2-25270)

    • Eligible system-generated warehouse schedules for Rental Orders, Sale Orders, and EPool Ops Orders are automatically marked as Done when warehouse activity is completed.

    • Warehouse schedules are automatically reopened when subsequent orders or activity changes introduce additional warehouse work.

    • Eliminates the need for users to keep schedules open or delay marking schedules as Done to avoid missing future order changes.

    • Helps warehouse users focus on schedules that require action by automatically maintaining schedule completion status. Reduces manual warehouse schedule maintenance and improves visibility of pending warehouse activities.

    • A new Auto Close & Reopen Schedules configuration is introduced under Warehouse Schedules.

    • Existing warehouse schedules are not automatically updated during the upgrade. Schedule status alignment will occur as users continue processing orders and warehouse activities after the upgrade.

The feature is enabled by default after upgrade. The Auto Close & Reopen Schedules configuration can be turned off to retain the previous behavior.

  1. In Use By Visibility for Service Work Orders (R2-25208)

    • In Use By field on Service Work Order shows which other user has opened it for editing, helping to identify why edits are unavailable.

    • Improves consistency with Rental and Sales Orders by providing the same In Use By notification for Service Work Orders.

    • Reduces user confusion and follow-up effort by eliminating the need to manually check who is using the work order.

  2. Column Sorting in Transfer Order Item Grid (R2-25207)

    • Allows users to sort Transfer Order item grid data by clicking column headings, making it easier to organize and review item lines directly on the screen.

    • Supports ascending and descending sorting across applicable columns and line types, including serial items, non-serial items, kits, and blank lines.

    • Preserves kit hierarchy during sorting by keeping component/detail lines grouped under their respective kit header, ensuring data structure remains accurate.

R2 Labor
  1. UI Component Stack Upgrade for R2 Labor (R2-23831)

    • Upgraded R2 Labor UI components to latest version, keeping the application aligned with modern and supported UI technology.

    • Improves long-term stability and maintainability of key UI components such as grids, forms, popups, calendars, and buttons.

  2. Updates Response Hyperlink Hashtags in Availability and Confirmation Request Templates (R2-25217)

    • As part of the upgrade, the system automatically updates the response-related hashtags used by hyperlinks in existing Availability Request and Confirmation Request email templates to align with the crew response workflow introduced in version 06.26.05-00.

    • The upgrade preserves email content, hyperlink text, formatting, hyperlink placement, and other template customizations while applying the required hashtag updates.

    • Customers may optionally update their email templates to use a single response hyperlink instead of separate links such as Accept/Decline, Available/Not Available, or Accept All/Decline All.
For example, a single hyperlink labeled "Submit Response" can be used.

Regardless of the hyperlink text displayed in the email template, selecting the hyperlink opens the Response screen, where users can choose and submit the appropriate response.

    • Click here to get the list of hashtags to be used going forward.

  3. Booking Details and Partial Crew Response Support (R2-25265)

    • Displays booking positions, dates, and validity status of bookings on the crew response screen so that crew reviews before submitting response to Availability or Confirmation requests.

    • Helps crew make informed decisions by clearly showing which jobs are included in the request, especially when multiple booking lines are sent together.

    • Supports partial responses for selected jobs within the same request, allowing crew to accept, decline, or tentatively respond based on their availability.

Mobile Apps
  1. LaborMate Clocking and Timesheet Actual Hours Sync (R2-25271)

    • Allows crew to Clock In and Clock Out from LaborMate when Timesheet lines are in New or Rejected status, supporting workflows where Timesheets are created before events begin.

    • Automatically syncs LaborMate actual in/out times and worked hours to eligible New Timesheet lines, improving payroll accuracy and reducing manual planner corrections.

    • A new Copy Planned Hours to Actual Hours on Create configuration controls planned-to-actual defaulting by Resource Type during Timesheet creation, and a Copy Planned Hours to Actual Hours action lets planners manually overwrite actual hours when needed.

Bugs
  1. R2 Reports: In certain scenarios, the R2 Reports Server failed to start during installation, causing the setup process to terminate before completion. As a result, users were unable to successfully complete the R2 Reports Server installation. (SR-33613)

Fix: The R2 Reports Server installation process has been updated to correctly handle report server initialization during setup. The server now starts successfully during installation, allowing the setup process to complete as expected.

  2. R2: The Amount column in the Suborder Summary Print Options screen displayed values without decimals, causing amounts such as 123.45 to appear as 123. This affected the accuracy of amount values shown before printing suborders. (SR-33458)

Fix: The Suborder Summary Print Options screen now displays amount values with the correct decimal format, including zero amounts as 0.00, so users can review accurate suborder amounts before printing.

  3. R2 Labor: Planning Order continued to show a labor line conflict as “Not on order” even after the line was synchronized successfully with the R2 order. The Clear Conflict action also did not clear the notification. (SR-32847)

Fix: The system now clears the Planning conflict after the labor line is synchronized with the R2 order, so the line no longer remains marked as “Not on order”.

  4. R2: When users modified the dates of a reserved by asset line using Update Line Details → Edit Dates, the changes were not saved and the system displayed an Invalid Dates error. As a result, valid date updates could not be applied to the order line. (SR-32297)

Fix: The system now correctly applies date changes made through Update Line Details → Edit Dates for Reserved by Asset lines. Valid date updates are saved successfully without generating an Invalid Dates error.

  5. R2: When users updated the return date of a reserved asset line using Update Line Details → Edit Dates, the item line status did not update correctly. The line continued to show as Reserved even though the revised date range overlapped with another reservation and the asset was no longer available. (SR-32608)

Fix: The system now correctly revalidates asset availability when line dates are changed through Update Line Details → Edit Dates. If the updated date range creates an availability conflict, the item line status is updated to Not Available as expected.

  6. R2: When users entered a Product or Labor on a blank line of an existing saved order, Order Line History recorded the action as "Modified" instead of "Added". This resulted in inaccurate history information for newly populated order lines. (SR-33016)

Fix: The system now correctly records Products and Labor entered on previously blank order lines as "Added" in Order Line History, ensuring accurate tracking of line creation activities.

  7. R2: When users changed the margin on an eR2 order package header, the margin and amount were reset to zero after saving or clicking Order Total. As a result, package header pricing calculations were incorrect. (SR-32448)

Fix: The system now correctly recalculates and retains margin and amount values for eR2 order package headers after saving or clicking Order Total

  8. R2: When a Purchase Order (PO) was linked to an Order using the Bill To Order feature and the Order and PO used different transaction currencies, the Cost tab could display incorrect Labor and Item costs. As a result, the costs shown on the Order did not accurately reflect the associated Purchase Order costs. (SR-33758)

Fix: The system now correctly calculates and displays Labor and Item costs for Bill To Order Purchase Orders when currency conversion is required. Cost values shown in the Cost tab now accurately reflect the associated Purchase Order costs across supported multi-currency scenarios.

  9. PackNShip app: Default mobile users were included in the mobile license count when users were assigned to the new mobile apps. As a result, the license count showed more licensed users than expected. (SR-33673)

Fix: The mobile license count now excludes the default mobile users those are marked as tester when calculating PackNShip license usage, so the license count reflects only customer-assigned licensed users.

  10. R2: Users could not add a new contact from the Search Company/Contact screen within Event Edit. This prevented users from creating a contact during event setup when the required contact was not already available. (SR-33168)

Fix: The Search Company/Contact screen in Event Edit now allows users to add a new contact when needed, so event contact setup can be completed without leaving the event workflow.

  11. R2: In certain scenarios, updating labor details or saving an order caused labor line Cost and Total Cost values to be reset to zero. As a result, labor costs displayed on the order were incorrect. (SR-31415)

Fix: The system now correctly recalculates and retains labor line Cost and Total Cost values based on the configured Pay Policy and pricing setup. Labor costs remain accurate when labor details are updated, the order is saved, or totals are recalculated.

  12. R2 Labor: When users edited an order in Planning Order on Mac OS and scrolled horizontally, the order content became misaligned. This made it difficult to view and work with the labor lines correctly. (SR-27125)

Fix: Planning Order now maintains proper grid alignment while users scroll horizontally on Mac OS, allowing users to view and edit order lines without layout shifting.

  13. R2 Labor: In Whiteboard, labor positions and resources became misaligned when users changed the Whiteboard zoom level and scrolled through orders with many labor positions. In some zoom levels, the screen also auto-scrolled unexpectedly. (SR-27109)

Fix: Whiteboard now keeps labor positions aligned with their assigned resources across supported zoom levels, and scrolling remains stable while users review long labor position lists.

  14. R2 Labor: After users uploaded a profile image for a crew record and selected Save and Exit, the profile image was not displayed when the Crew Edit screen was reopened. As a result, the uploaded image appeared not to have been saved. (R2-25323)

Fix: The system now correctly saves and displays crew profile images. Uploaded images persist after Save and Exit and are displayed when the Crew Edit screen is reopened.
