- Meeting Orders
- Billing / Operational Orders
- Intra Company Orders
- Transfer Orders
- Purchase Orders
- Work Orders
- This feature was introduced to help the user avoid any accidental or unintentional delete operation. The objective is to inform the user and seek a consent regarding completing the step.
Security Override Features
- After a delete operation, While exiting a screen, the user might be prompted to opt for a save operation. At this point, if the user chooses not to save the changes, the delete action is reverted.
- An additional security setting within R2, disables or overrides this prompt.
- To enable this override – Press F6 Key to enable Security Settings. This security setting allows a user tagged to a specific user group, to have/not have privilege to delete items by overriding the 'Confirmation Dialog'.
- An override could mean – If the security override is enabled, the user will not get the prompt to 'Confirm The Deletion. So, in such setting, the deletion step becomes the default action.
