Unlocking an Order
To unlock an order, you must be an administrator in R2. Begin at the order search screen and search for the order that is In Process. Right click on the order and select Unlock.

Click on the Unlock option and enter your User Name and Password.
NOTE: unlocking an order should not be used in every case. There are plenty of valid reasons why an order becomes temporarily locked in R2 and you should attempt to resolve the order lock by determining who is locking the order and why.
