Physical Inventory Discrepancy view

Details

A Custom report can be generated using Rep_PhyInvDiscrePancyview view which displays the Discrepancy data of the Physical Inventory. The details of the columns in the view are as given in Table 1.0.

Description

PHYSICALINVENTORYID  

Displays the Physical Inventory ID in the report.

PRODUCTID

Displays the Product ID of the Serial Item or Non-Serial Item.

DESCRIPTION

Displays the Description of the Serial or Non-Serial Item.

ASSETID

Displays the Asset ID field as shown in the Discrepancy window.

MFGSERIALNUMBER

Displays the MFG Serial # of the Product if provided.

CURRENTSTATUS

Displays the Current Status (InvSerialStatus) of the Item.

SCANNEDSTATUS

Displays the Scanned Status after performing the scan. The Status displayed can be either Filled, Repair, or In.

DISCRQTY

Displays the Discrepancy Quantity after the Adjustment is performed. (System Quantity - Scanned Quantity).

SITEID

Displays the Site ID while tagged to the Physical Inventory.

DEPARTMENTID

Displays the Department ID if tagged.

SERIAL

For a Serial Item the number is displayed as 1  for Non-Serial Item the number is displayed as 0.

COMMENTCOUNT

Displays the Comment Count if the comments are provided for the Item.

ADJUSTEDSTATUS

Displays the Adjusted Status after performing the Item Adjustment.

LOCKEDTOKIT

Displays the Kit Asset ID if added to the Physical Inventory.

REPLACEWITH

Displays the replaced Asset ID if a replacement of the Asset is performed.

ADJINQTY

Displays the Adjusted Quantity after performing the Item Adjustment.

NEWLYRECVQTY

Displays the Receive Qty value of Non-Serial Item while performing the Item Adjustment.

ADJMISSINGQTY

Displays the Missing Quantity of the Non-Serial Item while performing the Item Adjustment. Always displays as Zero for the Serial Item.

ADJLOSTQTY

Displays the Lost Quantity of the Non-Serial Item while performing the Item Adjustment.  Always displays as Zero for the Serial Item.

ADJDAMAGEDQTY

Displays the Damaged Quantity of the Non-Serial Item while performing the Item Adjustment.  Always displays as Zero for the Serial Item.

TOTALADJQTY

Displays the Total Adjusted Quantity for the Non-Serial Item.

SYSTEMQTY

Displays the number of the Item quantity added while creating a Physical Inventory.

SCANEDQUANTITY

Displays the Current Quantity of the Item after scanning.

ISADJUSTED

Displays the Asset ID or Product ID Adjusted Status with the below filter options:

0 -  No adjustments performed.

1 - Adjustments performed.

EMPLOYEENAME

Displays the Employee Name or Handled Name during Physical Inventory creation.
