Support for printing Flat Discount grid in the Invoice Print

Details

The additional Panel Id can be used along with existing CIDs while generating Invoice Prints (generated using 159500UI). The details of the additional Panel Id and CID are provided in Table 1.0 and Table 2.0.

This is supported for single Invoice Order only.
