Update Multi-currency Values in Order based on Selection
With multi-currency feature enabled in R2, when the transaction currency of a rental order or purchase order is changed, you can opt whether any changes need to be done for the existing values or not. Further more, you can also select the values that need to be updated based on newly selected currency.
Recalculate options in Rental Orders
In Rental Orders , when the transaction currency of an order is changed, system will display the Recalculate Price Options window (Refer Fig 1.0 for illustration)

On selecting the option 'Recalculate Site Price & Unit Price from Rate Card', system will update the Site Price and Unit Price based on the currency conversion rate defined.
On selecting the option 'Recalculate Unit Price from current Site Price', system will update only the Item Unit Price based on the currency conversion rate defined.
On selecting the option 'Recalculate Site Price from current Unit Price' is selected, system will recalculate the Site Price from the Item Unit price values based on the currency conversion rate defined. System will consider the Unit Price present for the item as in the newly selected transaction currency.
On selecting any of these options, system will display the Site price and Unit price as 0.00, if multi-currency based pricing is not defined for the item.
Recalculate options in Purchase Orders
In Purchase Orders, when the transaction currency is changed, system will display the Recalculate Price Options window (Refer Fig 2.0 for illustration)

On selecting the option 'Recalculate Unit Price & Site Price from Rate Card', then the transaction vendor price will be updated as the Unit price, if Transaction Vendor Pricing is defined . If Transaction Vendor pricing is not defined, then the unit price will be updated as 0. The site price for the item will be calculated based on the conversion rate.
On selecting the option 'Recalculate Site Price from current Unit Price', system will retain the tem Unit Price and will re-calculate the Site Price based on the currency conversion rate defined or the new Transaction Currency to Site currency.
On selecting the option 'Retain Site Price and Unit Price' is selected, system will not make any changes to the existing Site Price and Item Unit price values. System will also consider the Unit Price present for the item will be considered as in selected transaction currency.
On selecting either of the options 'Recalculate Unit Price & Site Price from Rate Card', 'Recalculate Site Price from current Unit Price', system will display the Site price and Unit price as 0.00, if multi-currency based pricing is not defined for the item.
