Returning a 'Missing' Item

Allowing the Item(s) to be returned without a confirmation.
In Configuration > Warehouse tab, ensure that under 'Missing Items', the settings for 'Returning Items directly from line' is as follows:
Open Warehouse > Return Task. Select the filter 'Filled and Returned'.
The will list the Missing and Lost Items. Expand the lines, if required.
Now, select an item line with 'Missing' status and click the 'Return' button.
The item is successfully returned. The status of the item in the line now changes to 'Returned', as shown in the image below:
Allowing the Item(s) to be returned with a confirmation.
In Configuration > Warehouse tab, ensure that under 'Missing Items', the settings for 'Returning Items directly from line' is as follows:
Open Warehouse > Return Task. Select the filter 'Filled and Returned'.
The will list the Missing and Lost Items. Expand the lines, if required.
Now, select an item line with 'Missing' status and click the 'Return' button.
The following dialog box is displayed, since this Missing Item is being returned without using an Asset ID, R2 just assumes it to be 'Some' random item with Missing Status and displays so.
When you click on the 'Return Missing Item' button, the item is successfully returned.
The status of the item in the line now changes to 'Returned', as shown in the image below:
Allowing the Item(s) to be returned via Scan without a confirmation.
In Configuration > Warehouse tab, ensure that under 'Missing Items', the settings for 'Auto-Returning Items via Scan' is as follows:
Open Warehouse > Return Task. Select the filter 'Filled and Returned'.
The will list the Missing and Lost Items. Expand the lines, if required.
Click the 'Batch Return' button. Fill-in the Asset ID as '19956S-27' and press enter.
The item is successfully returned. The status of the item in the line now changes to 'Returned', as shown in the image below:
Allowing the Item(s) to be returned via Scan and with a confirmation.
In Configuration > Warehouse tab, ensure that under 'Missing Items', the settings for 'Auto-Returning Items via Scan' is as follows:
Open Warehouse > Return Task. Select the filter 'Filled and Returned'.
The will list the Missing and Lost Items. Expand the lines, if required.
Click the 'Batch Return' button. Fill-in the Asset ID as '19956S-18' and press enter.
The item is successfully returned. The status of the item in the line now changes to 'Returned', as shown in the image below:
