While creating an Order if any sales person or project manager want to share Instruction, Comments, Suggestions, or Requests to their team members, they can add notes in the 'Notes' field.
The same instructions are visible in the Warehouse Prep task, then who is filling the order can view the given notes and follow the instructions.

A similar ‘Notes’ column is also available in R2 Order and R2 Labor Grid, it works exactly the same way as this one.
However, the text entered in ‘Notes’ column in R2 Labor Grid, can also be viewed in the 'Notes' field for Labor Lines in Planning Order, Graphical Scheduling, and Whiteboard in R2 Labor.
