Meeting Order Introduction

For an event organized in a particular location, meeting order feature can be used for managing the same items which are used in different date and time schedules. Meeting orders ensures that the items rented for an event are optimally used amongst different venues. Single equipment(s) can be efficiently used in one or more venues based on the sessions and hence avoid over hiring / over renting of Items and Equipment.

Using the Meeting Order feature, the user can analyse the cost and revenue for each and every event venue and also generate reports for venue, event etc which can be used to foresee the effective quantity required for the event.

The meeting order feature enables users to add items specifically to individual venues and generate different/multiple orders for a particular event, based on the item requirement for each session and the venues in which the sessions are conducted.
