Loading Bay in Transfer Order

Details

Support is given for Loading Bay field in the Transfer Order. The details are explained in the sample workflow given below:

Sample Workflow

Prerequisites

  1. Select the Maintenance module > create a Barcode Form Setup for printing Loading Bay from Transfer Order using attach file (Barcode Form Setup File).

Scenario:

  1. Select the Account module.

  2. Create a Transfer Order [TO-118].

  3. Select the Shipping tab > click the Importable button of Loading Bay > select the Loading Bay as LOADINGBAY#1, as shown in Figure 1.0.

  1. The Transfer Detail View in the Shipping tab will also display the added Loading Bay, as shown in Figure 1.1.

  1. Exit the Transfer Detail View window.

  2. Click the Add Item button > add the Item [MOTO G4 COVER]

  3. Click the Print icon and select Print Ship Tag Barcode,  as shown in Figure 1.2.

  1. The Ship Tag window is displayed > enter the No. of Copies > click the Run button.

  2. The Form Type Options window is displayed > click the Print button, as shown in Figure 1.3.

  1. The output will be displayed in text format, as shown in Figure 1.4.

  1. Save and exit the Transfer Order.

  2. Select the Warehouse module > search the Transfer Order [TO-118] > scroll to the right side the Loading Bay column is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.5.
