Details

Support to edit the Sub Order task Dates when Default MainOrder in Fo To SubOrder check box is selected in the Order.

The details are explained in the sample workflow given below:

Sample Workflow

Scenario:

Select the Configuration module.
Select the Default MainOrder in Fo To SubOrder check box and Allow to edit Sub Order Operations Dates check box, as shown in Figure 1.0.

If the check box are not selected you will not be able to edit Sub-Order dates.

Save and exit the Configuration module.
Select the Accounts module.
Create an Order [ORD-1514] from 02-Oct-2017 to 04-Nov-2017.
Add the Items [MOTO E3] and [MOTO E3 COVER] with 1 Qty each , as shown in Figure 1.1.

Create an Sub-Order [ORD-1514.01].
Add the Items [MOTO G5 Plus] and [MOTO G5 COVER] with 1 Qty each.
Select the Dates tab the Sub-Order takes the Charge Duration, Charge Start date and Charge End date from the Main Order, as shown in Figure 1.2.

Save and exit the Sub Order.
Select the Dates tab in the Order > click the Edit Dates button.
Change all the Dates in the Order Dates window, as shown in Figure 1.3.

Click the OK button
Save and exit the Order.
Search and open the Sub Order [ORD-1514.01].
Select the Dates tab > the Sub Order [ORD-1514.01] will display the updated Charge Start date and Charge End date same as Order [ORD-1514] dates, as shown in Figure 1.4.

In Sub Order Dates tab, Charge Start date and Charge End date will change based on the change in the Main Order, as shown in Figure 1.3 all other dates will remain same, as shown in Figure 1.2.

Click the Edit Dates button in the Sub Order [ORD-1514.01].
You will not be able to edit Charge Start date and Charge End date rest all dates are in edit mode, as shown in Figure 1.5.
